How The Warrior Journal came about

We started this because we were tired of planners that didn’t reflect real life with a chronic illness. When you live with endometriosis (or any condition that doesn’t play by the rules), structure has to be flexible, and self-care needs to go deeper than task lists.

We wanted a tool that made space for flare-ups, fatigue, brain fog, and everything in between, while still helping us stay grounded and supported daily.

What we believe

We believe that you shouldn’t have to push through pain just to stay organised. You deserve tools that adapt to you — not the other way around.

That’s why our journal is built with care: to help you track your symptoms, plan gently, reflect honestly, and show up for yourself in a way that feels sustainable and real.

Who is it for?

This journal is for anyone living with Endometriosis or a chronic condition who needs a calm place to land. It’s for people who are doing their best with unpredictable bodies, shifting energy, and complex health needs.
